The printing house and estimated a possible 5-7 day turnaround for all prints.
Australia Post is currently experiencing extreme delays in domestic postage across the country. Both Standard and Express post may take longer to reach you.
International postage from Australia again will take a much longer. Where possible, your order will be printed in the country it will be delivered to and your initial postage fee refunded if the cost to post is less. This may not be possible for every international order, only where the appropriate printing house is found to ensure the best possible print quality!

Strictly no returns or refunds unless item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact kelly@kellymaker.com to arrange a return.
Your print will be inspected and a refund provided if the print is deemed faulty.

Shipping times depend on your location. Regular post 3-5 days. For reliable next day delivery please contact me to organise a courier service as Australia Post is not currently offering reliable express post. Couriers may incur an additional fee based on your delivery location.

International up to 14 days. Express shipping available 2-3 days.
